The food you awesome, you get hot, unlimited & freshly prepared home cooked meals. The staff is amazing staff, they are very well behaved and help you out for your queries.

Considering there are very less options in Lachen, this is a reasonable hotel to stay. Staff and hospitality was very good, however the hotel facilities can be considerably improved.

Hotel staff behaviour is very polite, they are very much helpful. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Food is delicious. Location wise also this is a very good choice.

Decent hotel with all basic amenities, hygienic lenin and friendly staff. Located in a beautiful small town with stunning views of snow capped mountains and river Teesta.

The service provided by them that too on this remote place was really commendable. The quality of food was also good and was available on time. The room was also clean.

Very good hospitality. They packed breakfast early in the morning. Even when we arrived evening after visiting Gurudongmar, they had kept the hot lunch for us.

When you come back from Gurdongmar excursion tired, they offer lunch late in the evening and offer you rest and toilet facilities even if you have checked out in the morning. Kid friendly.

I would like to appreciate hotel staff Dipesh who was immensely helpful in getting my charger to my hotel in Lachung(which I left in a hurry) from Lachen.I enjoyed the hospitality.

With very limited options due to remote location like Lachen all the services provided are very good. Food is also ok .highly recommended for short stay. They are immensely helpful.
